You can use the PGP key manager or PGP Tray to do this. Copy the key
to the clipboard including the --- BEGIN PGP (etc) lines then ask PGP
Key manager of PGP Tray to import the key from the clipboard.

There is a really good discussion list for PGP beginners which is
called PGP-Basics. [EMAIL PROTECTED] is a quick
link for subscribing to that list.
