I only know of a qualified 'yes'. Here's what I would do unless a
better suggestion comes along.
In filters, under 'Action' tab, there is an option to 'extract
attached files to the specified directory' & you are allowed to
chose a folder & file name. Also there is a sub-option to
'overwrite existing files' so, worse case scenario, you will only
have one file @ a time buried on your HD or you can 'increment a
file name if a file already exists' if you want to review the
attachments before deleting them.
