I was recently warned that the version on the CD is buggy. Download
the fixed version (freeware!) from:
http://www.microsoft.com/ntworkstation/downloads/PowerToys/Networking/NTTweakUI.asp
Even though it says "NT", it is actually the version that also works
under Win98.
