Following up on jlaikan's tip
I found that

and the following files are there:

which looks like a better bet since you don't need to upgrade the
demo.
I am going to download the readme to see in what language it's in.
It's in English.
This will be considered OT at some point but we're talking about
where to get a TB! compatible PIM & if RitLabs and Netmanage could
manage to agree on a price for the rights to Ecco (as well as
Netmanage's Newsreader, html reader and writer, their browser &
Webspider etc.), that would consolidate TB!'s presence in the field.
