No :-) He needs the doubles '%' in TEMPLATE for them appearing _in
Mail_ as otherwise the template parser would try to interpret macros
named '%20' :-)

The upper line was what's literally in the template, the latter one
was the parsed result appearing in the mail.

Both seem to be correct to me :-)
