Heh, I spent 4 years on first-line phone tech support for several
corporations. :) I've probably seen just about everything. At least
I didn't break off my cup holder!

Checked: Incoming is where the filter is sitting.

There's only one filter on that account: the one that I'm trying to
get to work, with everyone's help.

Hadn't thought of that. I had set it up as an AND filter. I took out
one of the conditions, though, the one for recipient.
