I sent a reply to this yesterday but I'm unsure if it went out or if a reply came back. Apparently, when The Bat! leaves my POP3 mail on the server, and I have like 150+ messages there, and then The Bat! tries to check mail, it crashes my server (ie: blue screen of death). The server is MDaemon 5.0.4 btw, and I will definitely be having a word with them (and no, it's not the same machine that I'm having this other problem on). Anyways, I hadda clear out a bunch of email from there, so I'll try to reply again. This problem, as noted above, seemed to spontaneously go away, and then spontaneously come back again (after successive reboots). You asked for the numbers: here they are: "Access violation at address 00683B1E. Read of address 000007DB." Then, after that, I am unable to shut down The Bat! without using the Windows NT Task Manager, and even then, it takes a few seconds before giving me the option to force it to shut down. This prompts one more error message from The Bat!: "Access violation at address 005A6DDE. Read of address 00000244." Word 2000, Windows NT 4 with Service Pack 6a, 320 megs RAM, and size ten shoes. -- Best regards, Joey mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] -- ________________________________________________________ Archives : http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TBTech List: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Latest Vers: 1.53d FAQ : http://faq.thebat.dutaint.com
