That depends. If you want the messages to be downloaded and then sent to
trash on your account, then you need to create a regular 'Incoming mail'
filter for those messages.

If you don't want the messages to be downloaded at all, you could create
a 'Selective download' filter. The drawback of this method is that TB
has to download the headers of all messages first to decide which
messages to download.
