Aha, this suddenly came to me because my work situation is similar :) It's possible that the configuration should be set as: user name = <mailbox>\<user> password = <password> or mail server = <mailbox>.walshautomation.com user name = <user> password = <password> as I've seen both. However, your system people are going to have to tell you this as there seem to be many (almost random) ways of setting these things up.
