Hi Lynna, It is possible to send an email with your address in the From field with an attachment. I can do that and your machine has nothing to do with it. Some person using Outlook with your email address in his address book probably has send it to you. You will have to dissect the headers to see were it is from. You can stop worrying about being infected. To prove that it is possisble to sent such emails, I have sent such an email to you off-line with an attachment that is just 100% text.
