For S/MIME? By signing a message with TB.

For PGP? By using the "Upload key to keyserver" in the Key manager
utilities. Some don't like uploading keys to public keyservers and
prefer to send out keys (exported - public parts only - to a .ASC
file) as attachments to an auto-reponder giving the mailto URL in
their signatures like this:
mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?subject=SendPGPKey (don't try it - I
have mine lodged on the keyservers).
