Using The Bat! v1.60c on Windows NT 4.0 Build 1381 Service Pack 6

I'm sure that I've seen this topic come up before -- but I couldn't
find an answer by searching my archive.

I have an Address Book group to which I add contacts as the working
day progresses. At the end of the day, I want to send each of these
contacts an info message to let them know that I've processed their
request. I also need to move those contacts from the "pending" group
to the "notified" group.

When I send a message to the group, TB generates one message that
lists every member of the group in the "To:" field. For reasons of
confidentiality, this is the last thing that I want. Additionally, I
don't want to place the group in the BCC field because my message may
then appear as spam and thus be filtered by the recipient. What I need
is for each recipient to get their own copy of the message, with that
recipient's address only in the To: field. Can this be done?

Additionally, is it possible to create an outgoing filter that moves
the recipient from "pending" to the "notified" group?

TIA,
