This is what I do, because in addition to using GnuPG with TB!, I use it with other message editors that don't properly wrap by themselves, so in those instances, I depend on the wrapping done by GnuPG. My TB! is set to wrap at 70 characters, and my GnuPG and PGP are set at 72. There are no conflicts with TB! at 70 characters, and I get GnuPG/PGP invoked wrapping at 72 characters when needed with other message editors.
