Hi Miguel,
I read about a lot of people doing what you did (copy all files in the
The Bat directory) and having problems.

I have used the backup facility several times, also to migrate and copy
an installation to other machines and it work without a glitch. The
problem with doing a copy of the directory is that their might be
settings that you are missing, like in the register or win systems
directory.
