Thank you, these were also my suggestions. I also suggested changing the welcome banner (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q303513). Now they are telling me 'how do you know the Bat is safe?' And 'Outlook comes from a big and respected company, the Bat might come from some small bunch of hackers.' I'm really miffed (to put it lightly).
