This query is entirely wrong in *every* respect <g>. Allow me to
explain:

1) TB does not convert any case in the address field at any point.
2) No email addresses are a person's name. They a mailbox address.
3) A person's name may be included with an email address using this
   syntax:
          "Person's Name" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
for example. A person's name is may be used in but does not
   constitute a mailbox address.
4) It is "bad manners" to use any other than lower case for *mailbox
addresses* because some old servers may not be able to recognize
them (I doubt this statement, but it is deliberately
   argumentative and illustrates a point).
5) To get TB to "leave the case as entered" you will have to either
   i) turn off the address history
ii) remove the lower case version from the address history.
i.e. suspect that the offending lower case data is in the history.
