First create a Color Group by clicking Options -> Message List and
Color Groups. Make sure you check the Strikethrough option.

Next open your filters, create a new filter in Replied.

Next put the @ symbol as the string text for sender and presence is
Yes.

On the Actions tab, put a check in Set the Message Color Group to, and
choose the "strikethrough" color group you made.

The only issue is trying to keep the messages in the same folder. I
still haven't figured out why there isn't a checkbox to disable the
Move Message to Folder option.

Other than that it works fine.
