Hi Deborah, They must be in the same directory as thebat.exe. -Go to explorer and The Bat directory. -Make sure you can see thebat.exe and glyphs.bmp. -Now double click thebat.exe If you now see the glymps, you must have an other copy of the bat somewhere.
