Is there any way to tell > it to download *only* headers unless I open a message? ... <snip> To add to Jonathan's pretty accurate reply, I would suggest looking at the message dispatch - "Dispatch mail on server". This allows you to do exactly what you are asking - both with IMAP and POP3. As Jonathan (pretty much) said, IMAP is very limited in V1. It doesn't amount to much more than a "super-POP3". That's more down to the fact that the primary ethos behind the v1 design is as an off-line mail reader. It expects to be managing locally downloaded mail rather than server held mail. - -- Cheers -- .\\arck D Pearlstone -- List moderator TB! v1.62/Beta5 on Windows 2000 5.0.2195 Service Pack 2 ' -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.0-nr2 (Windows 2000) iD8DBQE9piCcOeQkq5KdzaARAkbSAKDL//xMM01djcbO69wIjMQVaybB3ACeOmn1 My/RdvB/Lb29RDO4+oJPcds= =cGbi -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ________________________________________________ Current version is 1.61 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
