Hi Fernando, Here is a different solution to you problem. Why not have an address book entry with the destination folder to place incoming mails for this address or address (some people use more then one email address) I hope that you are aware of the fact that TB! has quick filters. If you go to a folder with multiple emails from different email addresses you can quickly sort out one email address by clicking on "From" while holding the ALT-key. You could therefore filter al you friends in one folder (You can filter on presence in a certain address book to a specific folder.) and when you need to look up an email from them use the quick filtering. I hope I never get so many folders :( -- Best regards, Gerard -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Our care should not be to have lived long as to have lived enough. -Seneca- Using The Bat! v1.61 on Windows 2000 5.0 Build 2195 Service Pack 3 ________________________________________________ Current version is 1.61 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
