The only thing I can suggest is to filter the messages into their own
folder and ignore the folder until you get the time to look over the
messages. I also subscribe to the OpenOffice.org user list, and between
TB and OO, I get a couple of hundred pieces of email every two days.
But the mail is filtered, so I can ignore it until I'm ready to deal
with it. By setting TB to display threads,  I can scan the threads to
see if anything crops up that might answer a question I have or might
serve as a useful tip to exploit. Otherwise, I select-all and delete.

The bottom line: How useful is the information to you over the long
term? I've found hidden gems when I've least expected them, and
useful ones when I'm desperate. Others may find these lists less
useful...
