A message board puts two interesting parties together: on one side people which refuse to take a look to the help or to experiment, on the other side people being happy to share their experience with others. This enhances s/w support extensively and also gives some marketing impact. @Don: So why not ask Ritlabs for permission to run a message board in English language, to use icons and logos?
