On Sat, 23 Nov 2002 06:15:52 -0500 your time, you said: ACM> Nowadays, except for a couple very commonly used passphrases, I commit ACM> only my PGP passphrase to memory. The rest are in an encrypted text ACM> format. Whenever I need to remind myself, I just check the encrypted ACM> file. That's what I did as well until I discovered PINS quite a while back. "PINs is OSI Certified Open Source Software. It's freeware". I've been using it for ages now, and it requires no installation, so is fully portable, which means you can stash it on a memory card (or just the PIN password file(s)). Uses 448bit Blowfish, and of course if you want to lock the lock you can always PGP swipe it afterwards as well :) http://www.mirekw.com/winfreeware/pins.html (not affiliated in any way btw.. Just thought I'd mention that) - -- Slán, Simon @ theycallmesimon.co.uk ****************************************** PGP Key: http://pgp.theycallmesimon.co.uk/ Faffing about with TB! v1.61 on W2K SP3 #1581.
