Anyone else have problems moving Common Folders around the tree? I've got a Common Folder the has the options for Move In and Move Up greyed out. This folder is at the bottom of the tree (so it *can't* move down and as far 'Out' as possible). Other times I'll create a folder that, for example, can only move up.
