Hi, Allie, AM> Right click on that last TB! process and select 'end process'. Select AM> 'yes' on the confirmation dialog to end the process.
I did this and the app closed. They seem to be hooked up (or maybe the same thing). Weirdly, they don't both show up in the Task Manager consistently. Sometimes there's only one, sometimes there are two; and it's not related to which shortcut I use to open the app. My son the geek has had as a mantra for years: Mom, you manage to have more computer problems that no one else has ever had than anyone else in the known universe.
