A light-colored bar just to the right of my Start icon has a Bat icon
on it when the application is running. Right-clicking this bar gives
me a menu for Close, Minimize, and Restore. Of course, that's two
clicks to toggle.

A right-click on the Bat icon on the far right offers "minimize" plus
a host of other menu choices, including "check mail" and "exit." Had
you noticed those?
