Having just taken the plunge and upgraded, I can give you the following text from the help topic "About Spam"... The Bat! offers an interface for installing self learning anti-spam plug-ins. How to install and use them in The Bat you can learn in the Using Anti-spam plug-ins topic. ...and under the "Using Anti-spam plug-ins" topic... The Bat! offers an interface for installing anti-spam plug-ins. Each message you receive has score from 0 to 100 if it spam or not, and if points are above minimum that you set in preferences it is moved a Junk Mails Folder. To determine a message as Junk or not in The Bat! you can use Mark As Junk and Mar as NOT Junk oprions from Specials sub-menu. In order to use Anti spam support firstly you have to install anti-spam plug-in with self learning facilities. To install a plug-in, open Preferences dialog from the Options | Preferences menu and in the preferences tree click at Anti-spam leaf. ...and so it goes on. -- Regards, Allister.
