Sending from Multiple FROM addresses

I want ALL of my email messages retrieved only on my ONE dominant account, 
but in preparing a new outgoing emails I want to be able to select from a 
menu of FROM addresses.

Do I need to add multiple accounts if all I want to do is change the FROM 
address on new outgoing emails?  I'd prefer to NOT have an account for 
every single FROM address I may want to use.
