Yes, you're correct. This is a remnant from copying a template from
TBUDL (my earlier example was from TBOT). For this list I use:

%NOPGPMIME%-
%USEPGP%SIGNCOMPLETE%-

Although I see you use PGP/MIME on TBUDL. Anyway, I will amend my TBOT
templates for correctness. :-)
