Hi Thomas, <snip I still don't get the AV. But that item starts with a screenshot. Mya that be causing an AV with your screenreader, who doesn't expect a screenshot in a help file?
I am running JFW v4.51.119 and have not seen this happen in any other help system. For that matter, thus far, it happens only on this link. It could be the screen shot as you suggest.
