The only thing I can imagine is that it's placed outside of your
desktop. Have you (or somebody else on your pc) been playing with the
screen resolution?
If so. Do that again (max resolution), open TB and the AB, drag the AB
to the upper left of your screen, close TB, restore your resolution
and check TB and the AB again.
This is the only thing that comes to mind...
