Well first off, I don't think bayesIt can "refilter the inbox" after
the fact the way a filter can. AFAIK, it only works on incoming mail.

As to why nothing seems to be getting filtered on the new mail DL, now
you need to look at the settings on the Options/Preferences/Anti-Spam
page.  I have my "move message if score is greater than" set in the
single digits.  But that depends to some extent on the actual message
base that you have ... how different your Ham is from Spam.  There are
a couple of other 'flags' you can play with, but I am less clear on
how they affect things.
