The executables (thebat.exe) ere identical at the moment, but they will be a little different in the near future (Pro will actually be previous SecureBat). The difference in download size is because Pro includes the Intpack (for multi-language UI and spell checking) while for Home you have to download it separately. -- Best regards, Miguel A.
