I just tried it: same result.  The filter looks like this now:

... but it still doesn't work.

I have multiple filters using different criteria all failing at once.
They all worked in 3.0.  What has changed in the filtering logic?  This
is a serious problem as I have a great number of filters and a
considerable volume of incoming mail.
