Ordinarily, if a folder is nested in a series of folders, when there is an unread message, folders up the tree are bolded as well as the messge and the folder it is in.
Right now, I have a folder in my account called 'virtual folders' which, cleverly enough, contains virtual folders. One of those virtual folders contains a message marked unread. If the usual custom were followed, the 'virtual folders' folder should be bolded, as should the folder in which it is nested. This does not happen. It would seem that these folders should have the same treatment as regular folders in this context. -- Dwight A.
