Are you sure that's how it's supposed to work?
I thought %FromName inserted the From name in the message body.
Just try %From='"Name" <address>'

You don't need to add the Reply-To unless you're inserting your a
Reply-To in your account profile, but when you do so, you need to use
the macro:
%ReplyTo="address"
The %ReplyAddr macro inserts something in the body.
