Three things:
1.- Exactly which v3 are you using?
2.- While you get your filters to work I would suggest you change your
Spam filter to NOT delete messages.
3.- Can you copy&paste one of your filters here in the list? To do so,
in case you don't know, just select the name of one of your filters and
Ctrl+C and then Ctrl+V in your reply.

The 'Spam' filter itself (straight after the upgrade), consisted of:

MoveMessage folder [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Ignore

This was with the Sender field contains nothing. I thought that may have been
the problem, so I changed it to:
$$$$ TB! Message Filter $$$$
beginFilter
UID: [D5505438.01C611BF.617A6912.6629D95E]
Name: Spam
Filter: {\0D\0A\20`21\0D\0A}
MoveMessage folder [EMAIL PROTECTED]
IsActive
Ignore
endFilter
which is Any Message. That wasn't the problem I worked out - because neither of
them work.
