Dear Alexander,

The issue isn't that important to me as I mostly find my own way, but any judge
would consider such license void if it means that you've basically paid for
something that doesn't work. Licenses mean nothing, really - that is exactly
why most licenses also have separatability clauses, because most companies
already know that certain parts of their licenses will be considered void. I
could write a license saying that the user will be killed if the software
doesn't work, but anyone trying to execute said license will be arrested on the
spot - what I'm trying to say is that licenses are only valid to the extent
permitted by the law.

Try before you buy doesn't mean anything if said bug only starts appearing
after said trial period has passed.

Really, the issue isn't that important to me, but I find it truly strange that
you're trying to defend non-support. You can't sell something without solving
possible issues clients may encounter - that goes against every single law on
the planet.

Best regards,

Loek van Kooten
