Roelof, Right you are again! The person was in another group with a different forwarding template. Once I changed that one, the forward worked correctly. That brings up a second question. I have about 15 groups under one address book folder, and I'd like to have them all have the same templates. Must I change each group one at a time or is there a way to make changes to all the groups at once? The account level won't work because there are other address book folders which I need to have different templates.
