Close TB and boot up Regedit, go to
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-436374069-73586283-839522115-1004\Software\RIT\The 
Bat!\Mail Dispatcher
Here you'll find the column width for Header #0 - #10
Except for #10 all of them default to 40 hex or 64 decimal
#10 is FFFFFFFF hex over here.
Anyhow, change them to acceptable values, close Regedit and start TB.
