I have previously posted notes asking for help with replies not
finding the existing Reply Template. I received many responses with
suggestions, but none of them made any difference. Of course, I am
grateful for these numerous attempts to help me.

I think the problem is that the incoming e-mail address has to match
exactly the e-mail address in the address book entry. Now that may
seem obvious, and it should have been to me. However, in several
instances, I have placed two addresses, separated by a comma in the
address book entry. Of course, the incoming e-mail could not be coming
from both of those addresses, so the address book template was
ignored. I have solved this problem, I believe, by creating a second
address book entry, with only the second e-mail address  and now keep
only one address in each entry.

Again my thanks to everyone who tried to help me during the past year.
