We are looking for a postdoctoral candidate to work with a team of researchers
at Argonne National Laboratory and University of Chicago to build protocol
framework and develop methods for efficient end-to-end data transfer in ultra
high-speed networks. This will include research in adaptive protocol design,
many core high end host systems and advanced network infrastructure. The
incumbent will also work with large-scale parallel and distributed applications
from various disciplines to evaluate the transfer methods developed. The
incumbent will participate at all the stages of the implementation of the
resulting methods from prototyping in high-level languages to the development
in a high performance computing environment.

Candidate should have a Ph.D. in computer science, or related discipline.
