Building on the success of ICCP 2010~2012, the 4th International Conference on Computational Problem-Solving (ICCP2013) will, in conjunction with the High Speed Intelligent Communication Forum (HSIC2013), be held during October 26-28, 2013 at Jiuzhai Valley, Sichuan Province, China, with the theme on cognitive problem-solving under the cloudy environment.
