The resume is just your word saying you've done those things and we
all hear stories about samples being presented when infact they were
done by someone else.

Somehow you combined the two. Someone who's spent 10 years creating
toaster inserts would not be able to attain certification. The point
I wanted to make was that time does not qualify as skill.
