If it's a common enough request, it might just be a case of "press 3
to request a simplified bill" or some such, so it's just a matter of
how far into the system you'd have to navigate to get to that point.

Might be able to do it online as well; I wouldn't know, though, as we
don't have the iPhone yet where I am. We do, however, have this:
