Yes, I understand this :-) - I just contacted you because I wanted to
"innofficially" find out whether it's only me having the problem - and
since it worked for you, it seemed to be a local problem. Which caused
me to do some more testing, but it seems to be not only me...

Thanks for the offer. I'll come back to it, but I haven't done the
changes yet - I want to get the most current print-cdp.c file before
starting to make changes, to be sure that I pick up everything that
others have changed since my last "cvs update".
