Yes, this explains things (it *did* look like a TCP wrapper :) ), and
I know the situation "I need to do something about this open source
project's web server" all too well...

Please add 193.149.48.160/27 for me (Gert Doering, [EMAIL PROTECTED]).
This /27 is statically assigned to me, and I use various machines out of
the network to do testing on Linux, NetBSD, etc.
