Morning Session
9:00 - 11:00 Open Peer Discussions
Scott Fosseen gave an update on AEA 3 and 5 merger. Aggregation of AEA 3 schools through AEA 5. Along with some AEA 4 schools and ICCC joining the lines as well.
There were individual introductions along with updates from each individual on completed summer projects and this school year goals.
Break for lunch
Afternoon Session
Scheduled dates for the rest of the school year of Tech Coordinator meetings. They are as follows:
October 24
November 28
January 16
February 20
March 20
April 17
May 15
The location of these meetings is to be announced. The goal is to have a couple of them closer to the AEA 3 border so we can introduce some of the AEA 3 Technology Coordinators.
There was discussion about agenda items for future meetings. They are as follows:
XP Pro demo
OS X Server demo
Linux presentation
CCC demo of system
Playdough demo of system
A+ demo
SPSS demo of program.
More items are always welcome; to get your item added to the list contact Scott Fosseen or Lance Lennon at the AEA 5 Technology Center.
Scott Fosseen did a demo on Sonicwall GMS.
This program
shows the status of firewalls.
Currently the program is
collecting data from 11 firewalls in AEA 5.

Nancy Movall of AEA5 presented on the Falcon Unit.
This is a video over IP unit.
It runs approximately $3,380.00 per machine.

Last but not least a reminder that you should add E2T2 as part of your Tech Plan and sign on as part of a consortium. The assurances page is due October 1, 2002. That is Title 2 Part D.
