My favorite malware tool is a $13 USB gidget that mounts SATA, PATA
3.5 and 5.25 drives.  It is too difficult to clean a live infection.
Crack that case and pull the drive my friend  . . . easier to hit a
target that is not moving.

How you use the tool is as important as the tool you use.

Also delete the hosts file as Chris suggested.
