- Can't drvctl device be module(7)? If yes it should be into each GENERIC or MONOLITHIC. - Most GENERIC already have commented out options BUFQ_PRIOCSCAN, http://mail-index.NetBSD.org/source-changes/2005/06/09/0048.html so just uncommenting it would be easier for now. (most INSTALL or DISKLESS kernels don't need it) BTW is there any benchmark numbers around these bufq(9) options? I wonder if it's still efficient even on modern HDD with large cache, or even SSD. --- Izumi Tsutsui
